The renewal term option hereunder is automatic and mutually exercisable.

Production Companies or Directors will provide in store listing promotional products such as bios, flyers, tv tracks
promos, edited versions of the DVDs, free goods, posters or graphics and 10 DVDs to start.
We will ask for more if needed. We need one copy with that information and one without any title
information.

World WIDE Films will pay every (3) months. Online websites and Retail stores along with our $2 fee will be
60% off the total retail price. Example: Your retail listing is at $12 - Buyers buy from us at $4.80 - We pay you $2.80.
What we order from you will be your sold DVDs minus damaged and canceled orders. World WIDE Films shall receive $2.00 per
DVD from the 40% wholesale payout from the retail chains. We keep $3.00 per DVD through our online website store.

You will need to have your product professionally manufactured or professional looking DVD-R. Digital Distribution
we do not need a barcoded DVD. We only charge $50 per physical submission upon acceptance!

This Agreement shall be deemed to have made in the State of New Jersey and its validity, construction, performance and
breach shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey applicable to agreements made to be performed therein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement.
