The renewal term option hereunder is automatic and mutually exercisable.
Record label or Artists will provide in store listing promotional products such as bios, flyers, tv tracks promos
edited versions of the compact disc, free goods, posters or graphics, music video. We are not responsible for
music you do not own and you hold World WIDE Recordings harmless from any submissions without you owning the
copyrights.
World WIDE Recordings will pay every (3) months.
We pay $.40 cents per download. We do not need a barcoded CD. If you want your music removed from our
system at anytime you agree to pay a $250 removal charge.

This Agreement shall be deemed to have made in the State of New Jersey and its validity, construction, performance and
breach shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey applicable to agreements made to be performed therein.
